SHOPPING CART

Browse our online catalog at your leisure. If there are items that you are considering purchasing, go ahead and put them in your shopping cart. From there you may choose to continue shopping or begin the checkout process. All of your selections will stay in your shopping cart until you are finished browsing. You can always modify quantities or remove an item before checkout. When you are finished click on the shopping cart icon that is always located in the upper right hand corner of our website to review what you have chosen and then continue on with the checkout process.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum opening order and re-orders are $100.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

You may place your order with us in one of several ways: Online, Phone, Fax or Mail After you have chosen your items and added them to your shopping cart, please click the "checkout" button and follow the steps to complete the process. Your total will be calculated and then you may choose the method in which you would like to complete your order. Online orders can be completed through our secure website. This is the fastest and safest of all of our ordering methods. If you choose to phone in your order, please have all product numbers and your credit card information available when you call. If you are placing your order by fax or by mail, you will be prompted to print a copy of your order, fill in your payment information and fax or mail it to us using the Contact Info above. Be sure to print a copy for your records as well.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

PROCESSING ORDERS & BACKORDERS

Because the majority of our items are produced specifically for your order when it arrives, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for your order to ship after it is received. In the rare case that we do not have an item in stock and we are unable to get one in a timely manner we will issue a backorder for the item(s). If you do not wish to receive backorders, please phone, email or fax this request to us using the Contact Info above.

TRANSIT TIME & DELIVERY

Transit time for delivery of your order varies by location. Sometimes delays do occur due to weather or other unforeseen issues. Tracking numbers will be provided at your request if you would like to follow the progress of your shipment. If it is determined that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately for a replacement of the item(s). Also, please note, we are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time.

SHIPPING

Most shipments are delivered though United Parcel Service (UPS). Please note, UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. Therefore we ask that a physical address be given at the time of checkout.

DAMAGES

Items are carefully packed to help prevent damage in shipping. If any part of your order arrives damaged, you must keep all packaging for possible inspection by the shipping carrier and contact us immediately. You may be asked to prepare the package for return, at which time a call tag will be issued to you at our expense either by email or regular mail. This call tag should be placed on the package that the damaged item(s) have been repackaged in and given to the appropriate shipping carrier on their next visit to your location. After the item(s) is received back at our facility and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued immediately. In some instances, you may be asked to forward digital photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging to us by email instead. After inspection of the digital photographs, a replacement or credit will be issued.

IMAGES & PRODUCT SIZES

We try to take and use the best photographs of our products as possible. However, many things factor into the final image such as lighting and positioning. On rare occasions, an image for an item may be slightly different from the item itself. In the case of art prints, the size listed actually refers to the size of the art print itself and not the size of a complete framed item. The framing can add an additional 2 to 8 inches depending of the frame moulding stile chosen. For example: an item that is list as 16" x 20" will be the size of the printed paper art print. A 16" x 20 art print complete in frame A001 will be 20" x 24" upon completion.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information given to us is to be used only by Dashwood Designs and the shipping company we use to deliver your order. We do not share or sell your information to anyone outside of our company.
